Sunil is an effective leader with a business degree from a top university, having 30+ years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. He is result-driven & skilled at proactively participating in all aspects of business development.

Sunil has experience in operations management, employing lean manufacturing processes & integrated approaches to manage ESG risk/opportunities. He has a working knowledge of data analytics for performance metrics and is experienced in data-driven business analysis for planning, decision-making, business expansion, and executing brownfield & greenfield projects. He is also experienced in technical assessment for business acquisition and expansion planning. 

He is an accomplished member of UAC Foods Senior Executive team, capable of identifying new opportunities & contributions for sustaining extraordinary business growth.

Before his current role at UAC Foods, Sunil worked for FMCL, Lagos, Nigeria on a business acquisition & expansion plan where he was actively involved in supporting strategic decision-making. Before this, he worked as Technical Advisor for the selection & finalization of equipment for the Dairy Project in Dubai.

Sunil also spent 11 years with CHI LTD (TGI), one of the largest & fastest growing FMCG companies in the continent, as Head of Technical, Projects & Engineering, where he led various functions like operations, brownfield, and greenfield projects. He also worked on the planning & expansion of other TGI group companies.

Sunil has an MBA for Executives (Business Analytics) from one of the leading management institutes, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, MUMBAI, INDIA. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Marathwada University, Maharashtra, INDIA.
